Kelley Harman

In May 2009, Kelley graduated summa cum laude from Whittier Law School in Orange County, California. Before moving to California, where she obtained a B.A. in communications and a minor in pre-law, graduating with honors.

Kelley's law school roles included student advocate in the Whittier Law School Family Rights Clinic, law clerk in dependency court, and member of the Whittier Law Review. In her third year, she was also research assistant for professor Thomas Kelch. During her final year, Kelley spent a semester working full time in federal court as a legal extern for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., in the Central District in Los Angeles.

Kelley was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2009 at which time she joined the firm. She is currently a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and she will defend a full range of tort actions in her new practice at Acker & Whipple.
