ATTORNEYS

The law firm of Acker & Whipple
Each of our senior attorneys have 15 to 30 years of law practice experience, primarily in liability claims litigation and insurance law issues. A team consisting of shareholder and associate attorney is assigned to each file, with teamwork carefully planned to keep shareholders actively involved in all aspects of the litigation, while associates are offered ongoing, hands-on training, mentoring, and supervision to develop the skills necessary for effective file handling. With this technique, the firm has obtained significant results for clients in all areas in which we practice, including insurance coverage and declaratory relief litigation, product and premises liability and construction workplace litigation, and appellate matters.
