We are pleased to celebrate another trial victory. Shareholder Colette Magnetta recently defended a local auto dealer in a breach of contract and fraud case in a bench trial in a San Bernardino County Superior Court. The Court entered a defense verdict on all causes of action.

Acker & Whipple offers our sincere condolences to the friends and family of retired Judge William Huss, who died Wednesday, November 26, 2008. He established the firm nearly thirty years ago and has provided guidance and friendship to the firm's leadership through the years. We will miss him.
