Furthering Continuing Legal Education
Acker & Whipple supports pragmatic continuing legal education with a tradition of providing its own attorneys a combination of outside training and in-house litigation skills workshops. Another Acker & Whipple Success
Jerri Johnson and Laurie Stayton obtained a defense verdict for their travel tour company client in a negligence and negligent misrepresentation case. Plaintiffs alleged a brutal attack by bandits while accompanied by third-party tour guides in Tanzania.
